My pleasure staying at Ceaser Palace, a superb hotel with the best location. Everything at the hotel is 5 stars. The room was big and clean ,the beds were nice ,clean bed sheets,pillow and towels. The toilet was clean.Beatuful view from the window,which is almost like a balcony.. I'm coming to Bangkok regularly twice in a year and this is my 11th time visiting this beautiful country. Pattaya 6th times Believe me Ceaser palace made my trip the most memorable one. a good is stay with a superb location is a must ...That was Ceaser palace is all about I forgot to mention a good and yummy Breakfast with a road view. Both the Boy and lady were very welcoming at reception. I never use the Swimming pool ,but was nice for sure . Kudos to the entire team. special Thanks to Make My Trip making everything so smooth . Will recommend everyone to plan every trip with MMT.

Difficulties in breakfast...... because of having pork in everything ....... only tost and jam for Indians.

Amenities are not good , the air conditioner is creating too much sound inside the room. No comb and toothpaste and brush was available in the room service.

The hotel is conveniently located. Though it’s an old property, it is very well maintained. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. I arrived early, around 11am, although the standard check-in time is 2pm. A lady at the front desk—Salanya, I believe—was exceptionally kind and accommodating. She considered my request and arranged an early check-in without any hassle. My sincere thanks to her for the warm hospitality.

Hotel is well located. However the rooms need an upgradation. The staff is very polite and sweet. Amenities are good too.

Hotel is good. Location is good, but they are not serving anything Indian in breakfast. So this is the suggestion that please add some Indian items in your breakfast.

The Hotel Exterior and reception area is pretty well maintained, However room were like built 20 years ago with no amenities, ancient year wall color, bathroom very small, room size extremely small. So very disappointment while staying in this room. Hotel staff were very cooperative.

Pleasant stay with good room. had opted for balcony pool facing room. Nicely maintained room with everything needed. Just checkout was a little annoying as they wanted to check rooms before we leave. rest all good.

The hotel is well located, close to bangla road. Cleanliness and staff caretkeing is well organized. I didnt try their breakfast in their hotel but saw the menu. They cover mostly all items. 350 bhat per head.

Water in washroom was very dirty, washroom lock was broken, ac was not working in the room. Over all room was not good enough.
