The service is not professional. The door key did not function, we faced the problem four times within the two days of stay, only after raising the tone the fourth time they fixed the battery for sensor in the door. Wifi never worked, again multiple followups had to be done but never worked except for few hours. Bathroom water seeped out and made the slippers wet. The front desk is not courteous, you ask something you get a blunt reply and they dont answer anything further. Room was neat, swimming pool is very good.
