Holiday Inn Express Pattaya Central

Location was average - on a crowded street. Small rooms with little circulation space. Hotel team was a bit stiff and not outgoing. Breakfast was good and had variety.

Wonderful stay at an affordable price : all things excellent : nice breakfast : good Air Conditioning : more over all market in walking distance: Indian restaurants close by : we enjoyed the stay here and recommend to Indian travellers can stay here any time during their visit to Pattaya

The Room were good, however the room size was a little smaller as compared to pictures. Location is decent but is far from walking street and Pattaya beach, you would need to take tuk tuk for commuting. Food was a big failure since were limited option available for vegetarian and no Indian food is served. Staff is good and cooperative. Facilities were not much impressive. Overall it was a good stay.

Pathetic staff with arrogant behaviour,they don’t respect Indians specially I don’t know what they have done wrong with them

The hotel was clean, location wise very convenient as it was located in market. Options in breakfast were good. Enjoyed staying there. Staff was good.

Good location. The food options were very limited. We booked based on MMT recommdation that the food at this hotel is loved by Indians. However, no vegetarian options. Rooms are very small. The ac in room 303 had issues, frequently switching on and off. Had to move to another room 226 after a day which wasted 2-3 hours and messed up our itinerary for that day. The experience was below expectation from a brand like Holiday Inn.

Nice hotel with polite and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is good and near the main market.

Absolutely superb location and great rooms. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast spread is decent with a great egg station. You can ask the reception for ice and extra water bottles. They don’t say no to any requests.

Good Hotel and Clean, security was very good they check every thing no need to worry. Food was not upto the mark you can try outside indian restaurant

the stuff was not good at the Holiday Inn Express and it has and it has very rude stuff they were not having a good Wi-Fi connection staff was rude

night staff is not good and the breakfast is also poor.not corporative staff when i was booking the hotel and listed it for smoking and a large bed but they given me no smoking a twin bed which is redcluse and the bed are not comfortable too

Hotel location is good but service is poor

The hotel is easily accessible, situated in a prime location, and the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful.

Check in was smooth. Please add indian vegetarian options in breakfast. Room size is smaller. Else all good

I checked in on 17 March 25, Check in experience was the worst ever in my life. Extremely rude and impolite front desk staff. I reached at 5 am. Exhausted because of late flight. Room was very old patterned may be its not upgraded since 1990's. Washroom taps were leaking. Bedsheets and blankets were torn. At night the hotel had very poor lighting everywhere. It gives a haunted and spooky feeling. Housekeeping staff was looking around suspiciously. Worst hotel ever. Zero hospitality standards of lowest order.

Overall experience good, the staff is also cooperative only the thing need to change is breakfast time till 12
