Best western @ pattaya will be my go to Best Western Plus Nexen Pattaya whenever visiting pattaya. I had personally emailed the reservation desk at the property requesting for an early check in. All was kept ready which shows their level of efficiency and competence. Breakfast was good, with scope for improvement. A special shout out to the receptionist who welcomed us at 5 in the morning. Overall very satisfied with my stay

Comfy bed and clean rooms but sorry to say room service is bad and pack foods are only option to survive! staffs seems withdrawn while attending guest inquiry or services. North pattaya is far off place to stay!
