Property location is good. Service is good. Staff is polite. Just rooms doors need to be updated WRT security purpose. Hotel is good overall good breakfast, swimingpool, ample parking, rooms are spacious but little old style, they can revamp rooms interior as well. Mall is just 500mtr, 7/11 600mtrs and rest places also nearby. However with price point of view it is a good hotel. Would surely recommend for mid budget stay.

very nice hotel, breakfast also very good, but some staff is some hard, location is some far away from walking street and night life area.

Hotel members take double amount for spa they will. Not respond very old hotel very bad ambiance old bathrooms and taps are very old bathrooms accessories not working every i had complained

My third stay at the property and once again I was not disappointed. Check-in and check-out was fantastic and a breeze. Excellent staff very responsive. My room number and we had a small glitch in the ac and it was sorted by the staff in 5 mins. Breakfast at this hotel is excellent. Very happy with Mantrapura. I will come back and stay there soon. Value for money.

The room was good. The staff was very polite. It was well worth the amount I had paid for it. The location is pretty nice as well. The hotel has great views and pool and gym were nice as well. Comparatively speaking its totally worth.
