Thai Garden Resort

Resort is right next to terminal 21, 5 mins walk. The resort's gardens are beautiful and have a very serene vibe. All the staff members that i came across my 6 day stay are really courteous and prompt. I stayed in a-11 just next to the lobby and the room was excellent and really spacious. The breakfast buffet has limited options but the quality of every item is really good so i would say that the limited options do justice to a complete balanced breakfast. The stay was very peaceful as i was never disturbed by any noise or unnecessary surprises. I would certainly book here again for my next trip and would advise the same to my friends.

The stay was pleasant, the staff very helpful. It's a quiet place away from the crowds a bit away from the beach. The beach is walkable distance. If you want a quiet time and just want to relax just the best place

Location and staff were excellent. Rood was good and clean, Food options were limited as a Vegetarian, but would recommend hotel to have vegetarian options considering lot of Indian tourists visiting this place. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Everything about this resort is good. Its placement is excellent. Its in the heart of the city with not too noisy outdoors. Swimming pool is the best I have seen till now. Nice landscaping of the hotel. Very cooperative staff. I only felt one issue worth mentioning. The resort should have more Indian choices as far as the food is concerned. That is the main reason I could not enjoy the beautifully arranged buffet every evening in the hotel. I saw very few Indian in the resort. This may be one of the reasons. But this can certainly be improved. But there was a very nice Indian restaurant nearby where we could eat. So not much of a problem but yes I wanted to enjoy having Indian delicacies in the resort itself rather than going to a nearby restaurant. Pool side dinner would have been great. I give full marks to the resort especially for the beautiful pool.

I choose this rating because when we reached hotel we had to pay extra 1600 bucks for whole early check in. We had reached directly from airport after a long and tiring journey but it was very uncomfortable to be tortured by the reception staffs who were non co-operative at all.

They were not very cooperative. May be due to language problem or due to their hotel policy. Never asked for service. When it was raining we came from side then we requested for umbrella to reach the room as to reach the room we were require through long open way. They refused flatly to provide the same or to send somebody to escort till our room.

The worst 4 star hotel I have stayed in. The property was decent but the staff was extremely rude. I have stay at many 4 stars never ever had the staff telling me to carry my own bath towels to the room. They kept arguing about not providing extra towels if we wanted to shower after returning from coral island. Disgusting behaviour.

Beautiful ambiance. Relaxing and rejuvenating. It was an awesome stay at Thai Garden Resort. Very near to the beach area and Pattaya Market. Overall a superb experience. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Thanks to MakeMyTrip for coordinating such a wonderful trip.

As travelers are from all across the world, you should provide Continental food instead of Italian food. Suggest you to keep one or two Indian food items. Hot water is not available from head shower. Rest is fine and all the very best for the year 2015.

Excellent place. Everyone should come and stay at Thai garden resort in Pataya. The hospitality is simply awesome. Food is too good. Location is fabulous. Cleanliness is excellent. The swimming pool is really really good. You should stay here.

Prime Location. Walking distance from beach. Closer to Walking Street. Good food. WiFi connection is highly satisfied. Will recommend for couple family to stay at here. Walkable distance from biggest gems gallery of world. Pub where I missed to go.

The stay was really peaceful. It was a independent home stay with all the services provided as in hotel. The place is very spacious. Enjoyed the swimming pool. If I visit this place definitely will go for this Hotel. The commute to the near buy tourists spot was convenient.

Everything is good at hotel only if staff can be little bit more polite and courteous! Thai garden hotel has good chance of becoming best hotel if above point can be reviewed and made priority. Location is very good and most of the markets are in vicinity. Food is also average.

Cons : Staff was not courteous and proactive in providing good service. Needed constant reminder even for small things like getting the baggage from the room. Rooms were not very clean. Pros : Restaurant by the pool side. Good for pool side dinner. Nicely maintained garden. Large compound.

One of the best resort in Pattaya. Very pleasant place. Staff is very friendly we had complimentary breakfast which is very nice. Dining is just beside the swimming pool. Rooms are very spacious and included are required items in the room. Near to city, beach and shopping malls.

Thai Garden Resort is a perfect place place for a holiday. Nice atmosphere with garden nice spacious rooms. Nice staff, nice food, nice swimming pool and no pollution. Nice place for holidaying. Language is a bit problem but it can be neglected.

Staff behavior was very friendly. Nice breakfast spread. Preferably go for pool view rooms. They even allow early check in and late check out if rooms are already ready. Great hotel and recommended for family tours and honeymoon.

Everything about the hotel was more than expected. Good breakfast, helping staff, nice room and service. Place was very quite peaceful, would recommend every person who go there. Swimming pool and room size was adequate and sufficient for any couple.

Ultimate food. Well maintained resort and with high security. Caring staff and nice rooms with full of gardens. It is near to bus station near to market and away from prostitution and safe for family. Cooperative staff and caring management. Must go.
