No water bottles given for an day n3ed to buy 50 batt per 500ml water bottle No room service cleaning daily So dont book this Hotel is good to c and swimming pool is superb

The hotel has a good infrastructure but is missing the soul. Overall decent and big rooms but not exactly a 5 star hotel.

The room was very spacious, they also served Indian food for breakfast and there are convenience stores, shopping malls & beach nearby to the hotel.

We changed room 3 times total 4 rooms due to cockroaches, old room, smoke smell. Cameras were not working on few floors, didn’t feel safe. Staff was good but overall hotel old, not well ventilated. Same breakfast everyday for long stays its big no.

We had a really nice stay at the Grand Palazzo Hotel in Pattaya. The hotel is elegant and well-maintained, with spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location, the rooms and the amenities were very good. But i was not satisfied with the service provided here. The checkin and the overall experience was good till the last day. When we asked for bath towels on the last day we were told no towels are given on checkout day. We got around 4-5 calls from the front desk reminding us that we have to checkout by 12. We checked out by 12 but we were reminded till we we checked out

Property does not full fill 5* amenities. Food quality was very average. We didn't found 5* feel in this hotel. Service is also not upto mark location is far from beach. Will not recommend as this hotel not worth money wise

property is huge and quite big room sizes. location is bit far from beach but it's good. not crowdy like central pattaya. good india resturants near around 400-500 meters. i enjoyed the stay
