Location is very good, there is no cleanliness and behaviour is average of the staff

Staff is so rude. Not even providing water. No pool in the hotel, asked us to use pool from other hotel

We are a group of 6 people stayed in 3 rooms from 15th feb 2025 to 20th Feb 2025. It was excellent stay. The hospitality is pretty good. The rooms and linens are clean. The breakfast has many options. Friendly and courteous staff. I will definitely recomend this property for a peaceful stay.

Staff is very rude, Guest not allowed until you book for them as well , no check in until 2PM , They will not allow you to have a Nap at the waiting area as well

overall it was a very good experience, location is perfect. Limited options for vegetarians but that was manageable.

A very pleasant stay, rooms are spacious, interiors look innovative and beautiful, 24hr front desk staff available, easy check in, will ask for credit card payment for deposit (do not accept cash), they give 2 key cards, elevators wrk only if key cards are there (good safety measure), walkable distance to beach, restaurants, shops. would highly recommend staying here. swimming pool located in another hotel opp, but give free access. Kids pool area is there, which they charge. Very good to stay if going with kids.
