Hotel Tropicana Pattaya

Hotel room i have booked but they ask me other room 2 time change my room 3rd time shiftied to orignal room i choose at booking time

no amenities they provide. even charge for breakfast. very rude staff. even water is paid in the room.

It is nice hotel along with best location in the Pattaya. Also, It is worth for long stay duration.

Its was a terrible experience from booking With Make my trip. You just make money by booking and after that you have an AI customer care who keeps you go round to round but never get answera

The hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. Amenities were well-maintained, and the location was convenient for sightseeing. Overall, a great value for the price and would recommend for short stays.

Loved the stay. Very good pool view room, service was really good. Rooms are huge and amazing. It is located in the central and very close to the beach, also a lot of food and clubbing options.

It worst stay ever non cooperative hotel and staff and worst experience doing booking from make my trip they also not resolved my query i was hoping that such a brand make my trip will not do this kind of behavior am done with the make my trip and in future i'll not book anything from make my trip and will not recommend too

Very enjoying, relaxing and calming experience. Enjoyed every single activity in the hotel. It's resort like stay near the busy beach road.

Excellent good rooms some time ac not col-ling good.

The accommodation is clean, the atmosphere is shady, the room is spacious, the service is good, but the room is not soundproof, you may be disturbed by other rooms at times. The environment is nice, close to many amenities, next to the beach, there is a 7-eleven.

Very bad attitude from the reception staff, worst breakfast, no wifi even after complaining from the we checked in.

Location is perfect, calm hotel, beautifully maintained, good staff, good food, big pool, free upgradation also

Apart from its excellent location on the beach road nothing else is good about this hotel. Poorly maintained with moist rotten room furniture, noisy ac and very old buildings. The pictures of the building posted are old and now has a lot of vegetation in the lawns.

Very untidy rooms. Especially the washrooms. Balcony steel pipes were rusted. No proper place to keep the luggage. It's not safe.

This is ressort and nice experience cleaning staff of this hotel don't know english and front desk some staff are excellent and friendly this hotel is in front of pattaya beach excellent for family this hotel lot of supermarket and indian restaurants available around this hotel if you call this hotel staff they will provide you indian food there is one stuff his name is bro is well captain very good behave other staff just okay anyway this is perfect place for family tourists.

Clean, near to pattaya beach, peaceful, good staff, 2 swimming pool, would like to visit again with family and friends.

It's just the room they offered me was the least last room available so they put me in the corner but property was 70% unoccupied, it's just the room was booked cheaper so they gave me last room just because i wasn't ready to give another 1000 tbh for an upgrade or a better view room, that's it, else it is a good property
