1.Food: (EXCELLENT)They provided morning breakfast in the buffet system which was very good and the variety was enough for all people. 2.Location:(GOOD)It is very easy to access all the places in the city. 24*7 cab is ready in front of the hotel 3.Hotel: a)Rooms are very clean and well maintained. b.) The swimming pool area is super and elegant very entertaining area C.) The staff are very supportive and humbled D.)local Trip arrangement is good support at the correct price. Totally no:1 hotel in pattaya at the correct price

Poor customer service of reception staff name frame , i was sick and want to extend the hotel stay . But they want to get me out of the hotel as they were full but i already informed earlier that we will extend our stay

Room and hotel service is good and breakfast not tasty and they repeat the same breakfast for the Indians

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

One person in the room was completely exhausted. The staff was talking inappropriately, talking nonsense.

I was there for three nights in one room and one night in another room which is in another building wing b. for three consecutively days I was in the room till 10am and then go outside with family till then no housekeeping for cleaning.. for water bottle we have to asked them specially. no adjustment from their side..breakfast was totally worthless and tasteless.. I have to go outside for breakfast..only good thing is that beside their building is a restaurant called saffron which Is good ... other then that everything bad.. even one time tab water turned yellow and rooms were smelly and so small..better go with another hotel.. in the same budget you will get better hotels nearby city centre

Ac not working ... Swimming pool It's so small... Breakfast is so poor quality

Location is perfect , stay and service is very good. Over all perfect place. Very good Rate Staff r very honest and really try to guide guest with correct rate for various tours.our room AC was not cooling proper so management changer our room asap

rooms are actually very good at this price and staff was also excellent but I recommend them and then add some Indian food to there menu. since lot of Indian comes in the hotel

A comfortable stay with all amenities like swimming pool , gym and breakfast (limited options) . Room is spacious

The hotels location is a bit outside the city. Has quite a few amenities. Services are okay. Staff is friendly.

Vegetarian food choices are limited for Indians. Glow Pattaya hotel should provide breakfast foods like Idly, Dosa and Pongal choices to Indians. The location is good. Hotel should reduce the caution deposit to 500 THBT

There is no options for Indian Foods. There should be options for Indian food......

Not a shabby place but worth it as per the price....far from walking street...best part is the Indian restaurant available in the next building and the food quality is good

The A/C and Wifi were not working properly,there were frequent issue in connection...Bathroom was stinking

Overall, the experience was not very satisfying. The breakfast was disappointing, except for the egg station. There was no refill of food items, which made it feel limited and poorly managed. The corridor outside the room was filled with the smell of cigarettes, which was unpleasant. On the first day, both a towel and a napkin were provided, but on the second day, only a towel was given. When I requested an extra towel, I was informed there would be an additional charge.
