Kokotel Pattaya South Beach

Property's location , staff attitude, positive response from staff, facilities like locker, hot water and ac were great ! Guest friendly hotel and staff ! Lot of restaurants and 7/11 close to property !

AC water was leaking into RM 318 and AC was not as effective on the other room. The staff were very courteous. Cleaning of the room was ok. Didn’t get to try food there.

Good location , Spacious rooms with good house keeping. Reception staffs Miss Guitar and Miss Cindy have responded and answered politely. Breakfast quality is good but very limited. I never seen worst staff anywhere in thailand hotels like kokottal restaurant staffs. They don't know how to respect others.

This is my second time stay in this hotel. Spacious rooms with good house keeping. Miss Guitar and Miss Cindy have helped check in very fast and guided too. Less Verity in Breakfast menu and the staff of the restaurant all are rude behaviour. Location and everything is good Except breakfast and staff in restaurant.

Good hotel, located in a centralized location. Only thing lacking is the breakfast spread, especially for vegetarians.

Good stay and nice location and interiors are nice but swimming pool is very small and not good time pass on pool

clean environment with light and healthy breakfast. staff behavior was awesome, they were very helpful

everything was up to the mark. staff very cooperative and humble. food quality was very good, cleanliness was fantastic . Behaviour of the hotel staff was excellent. overall good experience in Kokotel. next time if visiting to Bangkok certainly stay in Kokotel chain. have a nice time.

Descent clean hotel but very basic. They do not offer bottled water or room service and breakfast spread had absolutely nothing. You have to carry your own luggage and shower has no enclosure and all water spreads around. Overall a very average and basic hotel good for bag packers and for people on low budgets

Excellent, value for money. Worth every penny and the breakfast was also very good. INR value for money.
