The receptionist was a little rude. They won't let you check-in even half an hour before. Everyone was sitting in the lobby waiting to get in rooms. Good thing was they let us keep the luggage in the lobby while we have gone out for exploration. For early check-in there was charge 200 baht but that doesn't make sense for half hour early check-in they can keep it at 50 baht if it is one hour early check-in. Even 4/5 star hotels give complementary early check-in.
