Nova Park Hotel Pattaya

Very Very poor behaviour of staff , reception. 0% Hospitality. Reception and house cleaning all are very RUDE Very Very Very Bad Experience

The stay at Nova Park was really convenient and comfortable in terms of accessibility, food, services and specially the location. The room was spacious and neatly maintained with fair good deal.

Reception staff & housekeeping staff were on us, when we checked in at that time they told us about the deposit of baths. we refund when you check out time. but when we checked out at that time they told us there is 2 Glass missing from your Room. so you must pay for these 2 glasses. we told him that we don't know about this thing, they do not agree with me. we are in a hurry to go for airport ,so we are left from the hotel without taken our deposit of baths. you must to complain hotel management, about this thing, because you may care about this thing when you will be booking a room. Thanks

Hi both the hotels are good and comfortable stat comfortable check inn spacious rooms 7/11 is very near to both the hotels. Thanks make my trip but the only problem I am not receiving and MakeMyTrip cash from last few bookings.

This hotel is very nice hotel in my life . When I saw the room so amazing and ,I don’t believe my eyes. Really nice pool view . I love this place.

The rooms are really spacious and they come with a balcony where you can have a drink or a smoke if you like. They provide a small kitchenette as well in which they give a microwave, an induction, all the crockeries you would need and a refridgerator. The staff is really helpul in every way. They will go out of the way to help you with all of your need. I would always come back to Nova Park Hotel when I visit Pattaya. Highly Recommended.
