Wi fi not working in my room I complain many times but no response from hotel and no Indian food in breakfast

The property is good but far from walking street and beach but tuk tuk (they take 10 bhat)is available 24/7 and beside you have 7/11 breakfast is good without desert property is nee t and clean swimming pool is good and water was clean

Good location for nearby sightseeing and enjoying pattaya to fullest. Nearby 7/11 and small bigc available

Pros: 1. Early check in allowed 2. Good quality big room 3. Spacious bathroom, shower area separate, good force of water, separate bath tub in deluxe room. 4. Guest friendly 5. Tuk tuk facility available all the time to go every where cons: 1. Breakfast not so good.

It is a nice hotel with swimming pool and room size is really good staffs are not that friendly language barrier is there food options are limited

Hotel looks neat and clearness excellent. It's like today opened hotel. Since look is very new. And fresh.

The hotel was very neat and well maintained. The staff was good. Breakfast buffet is authentic and tasty. It is at a prime location, access to other restaurants and market is easy and close by. It had gym and pool access. The in house food is great and cost effective.

We stayed for 4 nights and the service here is quick and good. Hotel staff were friendly. Food was also good. Only drawback I found here is that they provide almost same breakfast daily.

The service is not good as well as well as staff is not professional. On the make my trip site hotel policy mentioned that the hotel will provide the gala dinner at 31st night but at the time of check-in they not agreed to provide the gala dinner. I told it's mentioned in hotel poLicy for this reason my lot of time waste for check in.

Poor support to the guests, it has more Chinese guests. Indians, please don't choose this hotel. Pros: Clean Located on main road, can get a Tuktuk easily one of the hotel. Cons: Unfriendly staff Rude behaviour by staff, not approachable. Breakfast only for Chinese guests Do not have a travel desk

Hotel room is nice but staff knows very little English but they are polite. Its 5 km away from walking street but you can ride by tuk-tuk at 10 bhat / passenger, takes 15 min. I visited there during Songkran festival, so if you travelling in tuk-tuk people will throw ice water many, many and many times. If you travelling Pattaya my suggestion is please don't accommodate with breakfast because breakfast timings is till 10:00 AM. It's better to take hotel in Pattaya Sai Song Road.

Excellent from every side, location/food/hospitality/accommodation etc. Worth for money and more over hygiene too good. Facilities too good. Would suggest visitors to go for that hotel. Location is also good. Its really value for money.
