Aiyara Palace Hotel

Front desk very rudely denied checking in citing overbooking. No assistance from make my trip. Surprisingly i couldn't find provision in make my trip app to report this issue.

Excellent experience of staying here, nice hospitality and cleanliness and also near to market and pattaya beach. Swimming pool is also nice and clean.

Hotel is located near terminal 21 mall with good connectivity room was nice but disappointed with breakfast because they don’t have vegetarian options daily cleaning was also not done even after requesting they didn’t clean the room and not provide water bottles after all decent stay in this price

This is my 4th time visit of this hotel due to comfortable, spacious and cleaned rooms. House keeping staffs are keeping rooms very clean. Breakfast is not having more varieties but quality of food is good. I like to stay again.

I had a very bad experience with the staff as their was no bottle opener in one room it has only one opener in 2nd room as we have a family suite of 2 bedrooms and they are asking for 600 bhat for one bottle opener and started fighting with us and web have paid them 200 bhat because i have a flight and i was getting late so i paid them.

This is my third time stsy in this hotel because of new hotel with spacious room. But this time i couldn't feel happy due to poor house keeping, worst breakfast and very very bad attitude of reception staffs. Very poor in administration now a days. They have more customers from china, particularly the hotel not care about indians.

Good location, big rooms, food quality and services are good. All staffs are good but most of them don't understand English. Miss Sujrita is in reception was helpful. I will stay again in this hotel.

Location of this hotel is very good. Hardly 1 km from Pattaya beach. I've not book breakfast for this hotel still they provide me voucher for breakfast. Service is excellent.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Price also on the higher side. New hotel ... Clean rooms ... Decent bathroom although a bit smaller for 4 star standard. Overall not a satisfying stay considering the amout of money they charged.

Rooms are clean and professionally maintained. Location is not so far from beach. We got a suite room with superb beach view. Facilities are good and Front Office team is very supportive, cool and helpful all the time. Love to stay here again. Breakfast is good. Highly recommended.
