Good staff, nice service, everyday cleaning regular. Nice swimming pool with gaquji and also well equipment gym

The hotel appears quite dated, and there was an unpleasant odour in the room and carpets, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. They were charging 1000 Bhat as security deposit which is refundable but it wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking

Location is ok, Food not available services are pathetic staff is always disturbing you AC’s & TV are not working. Everytime changing the room and Staff is disturbing you in early morning

I went with a friend for a vacation in Pattaya. We took separate corner balcony rooms. Location of the hotel is a bit inside.

It was a very nice stay with all necessary amenities. Food options were not available during our stay, but outside food is available. Location is near to Pattaya beach which can be accessed by foot also. Overall a perfect stay, must recommend to everyone.

the rooms were spacious and clean... location as ok . a 7 eleven + laundary mat near the place... no food.. u can just go out n buy it.. thr r plenty of places near by expect one of the recipient was a bit rude ( the one who keeps her hair tied up. she usually sits in th morning). the other one was nice ..

The hotel is decent a little far away from the main streets so you have to walk a lot. It's definitely not a 4 star and here's why: 1. The pool is very small & not deep for an adult. 2. They don't provide dental kit or shaving kit or comb and will send you to 7/11 for everything, 3. Service is not good - they keep the phone off receiver so guests can't call, i asked for medicine and they didn't give me even after 1 front office staff had it. It was weird. The staff girl was rude for no reason. I won't be staying here again.

Room was good and neat, staff were polite and attentive. Locker facilities were not upto date. Toiletries were not provided but the tub and bathroom were tidy

It was smooth and i have stayed here before also. The room was big and comfortable and the only thing is checkout is at 12 pm so you will get multiple reminder call starting from 11:55am
