It was immaculate with great spread of breakfast sans Indian food though, but it's great by all standards

stay was short and sweet.. the rooms are modern and very clean. they provide almost everything you want in a room.. spacious , clean, amneties all on point.. check in was very easy ,staff very friendly ,helpful and respectful. location is like a 30 minute walk from beach, but its on the main road so great connectivity.

Grass Suites Hotel is an absolute hidden gem and a fantastic value! From the moment we checked in, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. Our suite was beautifully modern, immaculately clean, and felt like a true, calming oasis. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the subtle, nature-inspired design made the stay incredibly relaxing. We highly recommend Grass Suites for anyone looking for a refreshing and comfortable stay and can't wait to return!

Neat and clean, request for early check in was also honoured. 7-11 and pharmacies near by. Few restaurants also there

I stayed at The Grass Serviced Suites in Pattaya for 5 days and had a really comfortable experience throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and quite cozy — perfect for both work and relaxation. The buffet was excellent, with a good variety of food and everything served fresh every day. A special mention to Miss Peem, who was always so warm, friendly, and helpful. Her constant smile and willingness to assist made my stay even more pleasant.

I had booked a two.bedroom room as four of us were travelling. the room was as shown in the pictures. the staff on the premises are ready to help on any issues.The breakfast spread was excellent and was available till.12.30 pm which is very good. Overall a very satisfying stay .

Hotel Was good but staff was not cooperative for Indians.. other rooms and washroom are cleans and maintain..

Location is very easy to loacate. Their breakfast is too good and the housekeeping staff and receiptionist was very helpful

It was just fine , there was no room service, intercom was not working, they charged extra for a normal stain on washroom towel even their washroom sink was fully stained. Room were cleaned it was a cute beautiful apartment.

About the property what i say again, I think best propert to stay in pattaya. Best staff, best hospitality, good location, tasty food. Very easy to find and everything is nearby. whenever I go pattaya again, I will stay at this property only.

Discrimination towards Indian people. Size of the room is small. Bathroom is untidy. Breakfast was multi optional and good taste wise.

So peaceful and So nice behavior of all staff. My side Thanks to all of you Many times i stay here and enjoy this property.

The property is in a good place, Food is also good but veg options are not available. The hotel facilities are very good. The hotel is very humble and sporty. I am booking this property again because of his familiar staff. They are getting us every day and fully sport to trying our language to clear our doubts.
