The location and area is good. 300 mts walk to the famous Beach Road. 7-Eleven is also close by. Other famous places that can be covered by walk is Walking Street, Central, Plenty of Money Exchange points. A Good restaurant is just next to the AYA Boutique Hotel Pattaya. Also plenty of space outside the AYA Boutique Hotel Pattaya for casual night walk. Overall a pleasant experience.
