Hotel was good but there were few quirks. The Amari Pattaya didn't provide welcome drinks to us while they were offered to others. The timings to close pool was 7pm which was very early compared to Holiday Inn next door. The breakfast was good but the staff at the live counter wern't able to understand a simple Omelette order even after explaining again they made it the way they wanted that was annoying! A simple request to send a scissor to cut a tag off my newly bought clothes was turned down stating security risks! I liked my stay at this Amari Pattaya and my kid enjoyed the water slides but I wouldn't stay at any Amari Hotel property again.

The location of the Amari Pattaya is amazing, just across the beach. They have a fantastic Italian restaurant, Prego, and one must try one meal there at least. Check-in and check out was very smooth, a very polite staff I have ever come across with no attitude. Everything is nearby from this Amari Pattaya whether it is a restaurants or grocery store. Walking street is at a distance of 15-20 minutes by foot. There are number of spa parlours and they all provide good service. Over all I can say that we all had an amazing time in this Amari Pattaya.

Excellent property excellent location only problem is in breakfast everywhere they keep pork which makes difficult for Muslim to take food...otherwise all ammonites are excellent pool water park children play area all excellent room toilet everything

The location is just perfect ,very nice rooms and good Indian breakfast options . Will definately recomend this property to everyone

We have booked amari grand suite . It is one the biggest rooms in the city . Beautiful clean and spacious . Service is slow
