A-One Pattaya Beach Resort

It was awesome stay superb hospitality I would love to stay again here I recommend people come here and enjoy

This was my first stay at A-one beach resort Pattaya, but will definitely not be my last. For context, I am a Diamond member and this was a paid stay, not points. I received an informative email ahead of my stay that included instructions to ask at reception to be escorted to the Club Lounge for check in, which I did and it was a very pleasant check in experience. We had booked the basic room, but we received an upgrade to an ocean facing executive room that was HUGE with a very large bathtub build into the very large balcony. The room was so large that it could have easily been divided into a suite in most hotels, but I liked the one large open room.

Some of the reception staff was rude. They treat indians with inferior courtesy. The same when a american tourist checked in they were willing to take their souls out to welcome them. *most importantly still waiting for the 3000 baht security deposit refund which they took from me* kindly follow up and please escalate.

Good decent property at a good location. Should improve indian breakfast spread and add indian food to room service menu.

Nice hotel good to stay in middle of city far from noise

Very good location. And near by sea beach, so many indian restaurant near by this hotel. A maintained good n clean. Also they have increased our check out time according to our flight.

Location is ok, but no more amenities as a resort

Good rooms and good foods we are regular guest for last 10 years. We will come back on next few months

The stay was very good and comfortable as well the rooms were big fabulous having great sea view with big balconies and a nice bath tub.

Hotel name is a one but service and staff behaviour is very poor ! ac not working on lifts and other area. About breakfast you need to go other property to have breakfast. Very poor quality of food. Rooms and view is good. By mistake pillow cover have hair oil stain, staff asking for bribe for hiding the things. If you don’t give the charge 200 bath for laundry and don’t listen.

Amazing experience of sea view. We have corner room at 8th floor. Worth to stay. Approachable to north pattaya beach. Indian foods are availzble at walking distance. Excellent

There was problem with the checkin because we arrived late. The receptionist kept saying that we can’t checkin because we are late but if we pay again then we can. After we asked to talk to the manager the issue was solved. But it was quite a hassle as we were travel-ling with a toddler and he needed to be fed and he was quite sleepy. But the receptionist just wanted us to pay again for tge same room for which we have already paid. It was very illogical and no matter what we said he just won’t listen. Later when the manager interfered only then we were let in.

Breakfast was available but couldn't try it as we always got up late. I highly recommend that you book hotels with breakfast if you are not a early morning person. Also it would be better if we are told there are 3 different hotels for aone.

We had a very short stay. Location is very to sea beach. A very relaxing stay & excellent sea view. Hotel promise as given in the website

Room were clean good, it was centrally located by beach road but indian breakfast not all good which they serve

I arrived on 8th january at 11am and waited for 2 hrs to get our rooms although we requested for early check in at d time of booking the hotel. In the next morning we came to know that we have to go boat restaurant which is situated in a-one royal cruise hotel far away from this hotel. So we have to cross the road to have our breakfast every day to another hotel. Next day housekeeper charged 200baht from us showing red stain in a towel which is nothing but light red hair colour and warned us for future with a warning notice. So we have to buy towel to avoid fine. Next evening our bathroom door locked automatically we have informed the front desk but they responded half an our later. This is my 3rd time visit to pattaya but i never faced this type of situation earlier.

Awesome room with an awesome view. We booked a beach view room and the amenities were also all great.

Nice location, beautiful ambiance, cooperative staff and rooms are spacious overall very good property!
