I loved the stay there. Very good staff. Indian staff. Highly recommend for family. Must go there in budget.

The staff are good, But room was not up to standard, Wallpaper is torn, Some wierd smell in the room, Water is leaking in restroom, Restroom bath area floor is dirty

Other people who book via an agent have guest permission but book through MakeMyTrip They don't have permission for guest

Insect in food see photo, it's a 1 star hotel. Agent booking shows checkout time 12 noon while resort force to checkout at 11 am. Beware of staff, reception staff gave wrong information on call to agent against my complaint. Nothing is reliable in this resort. Pathetic Resort, Delux room- no hot water, no toothpaste, no tooth brush, no slippers, no alarm clock, when you complain at reception all indian staff left and leaving Thai staff alone. No manager available for resolution. doesn't accept payment by Thai QR and Ask for cash every time for deposit, restaurant, not customer centric approach, slow check in process, biased behaviour with Indians, honestly people are writing waste of money and it's true, 1000 baht deposit per room else they would keep your passport

Worst experience, waste of money. Basic facilities missing – no toothpaste/brush, no slippers, no bathrobe, no iron stand. WiFi never worked, AC leaking, bathroom not cleaned daily. Telephone broken and not replaced despite complaint. Staff are unhelpful – Thai staff rude, Indian staff helpless. They charged me for a stained towel which was already there at check-in. Only good for cheap tourist groups, not for genuine travelers. Miserable stay, not recommended.

Hotel's room was big and spacious in that budget. Cleaning and room service was good. Breakfast has limited options need to be multicuisine.

Bad experience not advisable to any one to to stay or try it, bad services and room to old and bathroom not clean and old and towels are almost black plus old and one elevator and more and more

They charged me 800bhat without our mistake they cannot show and give the right statement for the issue water catle is the main concern we use boil milk before already dirty but after that some more but we clean and they told its not working now but it's working as per cleaning person so i am very disappointed this is the right and actual clear i am write down.

Resort staff, amenities, services, everything was good. I like so much

Very clean and neat hotel, most of the indian families prefer to stay here. Room service was good. Food was ok ok not much indian varieties in it. We never had lunch but we had dinner that was below average. My son enjoyed the pool and hotel service boys are very helpful my son played a lot with them. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We stayed 4 nights overall i asked for a compliment decoration for my wife's birthday they tried their best.

Location is good. 4 mins walking distance to bangla street and very convenient to nearby grocery & pharmacies. Good ambience helpful staff
