Terrible Stay

We had to change the room twice, it was so bad. The intercom was not working, had to go to reception physically to ask for anything. The water pressure in wash basin & shower taps was so low, literally a small spray. The furniture was very old. After repeated complaints, we were given a upgraded room, of which the toilet door opened in the main room, & couldn't be closed from outside. In all rooms, 3 beds were put in the place designed for a double bed. Leaving literally 7- 8 inches space between them, hurting each time we had to get off the bed. Over all a terrible experience. The breakfast too was horrible, and the same layout each day.
