Good hotel with major attractions in close proximity

I'm so happy with my SUNSHINE HOTEL AND RESIDENCES choice here in Pattaya. Everything is conveniently close by, which makes exploring easy. The staff are polite and helpful, always with a smile. The cleanliness of the SUNSHINE HOTEL AND RESIDENCES is top-notch ✨, making my stay even more comfortable. It's also an easy walk to the famous Walking Street, Ripley's Believe It or Not Studio, Big Buddha, Pattaya Beach. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting! However, the only challenge is the rooms are not soundproof and when house cleaning moves things or cleans other rooms, you can hear those sounds. Book only Premium sea facing rooms if travelling with family, other rooms are not recommended.. all in all a good value for money.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options. Special thanks to the housekeeping and front desk teams for their professionalism and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this SUNSHINE HOTEL AND RESIDENCES to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

I stayed sunshine for two nights it's very easy for me to travel all sight seeing night out walking street and food is very good they have all type of Indian, Chinese,and international Cuisines, Services from reception is very happy they responding for all request within a minute and all also u can use swimming pool all day time

Excellent location very close to the beach, 3 swimming pools, and guest-friendly staff. Food is good... Good Pubs at just 1 minute's distance. 1 Min distance to the beach. Just opposite 5 massage parlors
