The facility was good but the areogance of receptionists and the secuirty was a big comprise of the hotel one look for even a bottle of water asked was refused with high to e arraogance that the payment was needed

Staff is quite non-cooperative
Requested for double bed. But the room was allotted with 2 single beds. This ruined our stay at this hotel.

coupledon't book this hotel. Very pathetic service and they treat very badly. Thee tv remote blasted in our room but they didn't take any action only word they know in english is cannot and sorry. They give 3 rd floor rooms where there is lot of bakery smell due to which u cannot sleep. If u complain they say sorry. Thwy are not ready to understand your problem very very boas staff.
