Room service was good. Specially housekeeping services was good. Morning breakfast was good, it can be better. Reception staff was good; her services were good.

Stay was good, location is very convinient. Food is OK/OK, i feel add 2-3 vegetarian options in the breakfast. Amenities are good, ther is one elevator down all the time, we had to wait sometime 10 minutes.

The stay was pleasant and the environment for kids is great.Elevator is under maintainence and it was lil busy during checkout time....Amenities like body lotion were not there and cudnt receive even after asking for it.I guess it's a basic thing to offer.But given the proximity to beach and other touristy places it's a hit.

Good service and Ambiance food and housekeeping service was upto mark overall good experience. children water park I think was the main attraction

property is very nice nicely located but new intern or may be less experienced staff is rude don't know how to talk when guest arrives with family and kids early morning next room cleaning is good staff is cooperative breakfast is the same everyday but neat and nice overall need reception staff to improve as we book 1 day prior so that we can check in when we come whole day rent for room is wasted but we do it for convenience then staff ask you for this and that and deposit when you have fully paid they don't exchange dollars for you also to pay taxi

Very small room and not many options in breakfast. Had to change room because ac was not working, also bathroom fittings had also some issues

Property is at prime location of north Pattaya. Accessible to all shopping and tourist attractions.

A superb hotel right opposite to the pattaya beach. The location of the hotel is good and it is easy to go around the city from this place. The amenities and service of the hotel is really good. The rooms are compact and comfortable. The room we stayed had a good view of the city and the beach. A very good hotel to stay with family and friends.

Not worth as per the rate of property Room size are very small At reception people are arrogant Housekeeping staff only one each Floor being so many rooms each floor
