Oh my goodness what an amazing property. The minute you enter, you see the breathtaking sea and can’t take your eyes off of it. Resort is huge with multiple pools and a private access to the beach which is amazing. Special mention for the kids play area staff. Both women so sweet and took such good care of our little one.

The stay was excellent with a free upgrade 😁 The room was very clean and also the pool. The in house restaurants also serves great food - do try the Italian restaurant there! The access to beach is quite fun. Also the mangrove forest set up is fascinating. The staff is very very good and quite professional. The breakfast serves some Indian dishes, the quality of which can be improved a bit. All in all, must visit.

The experience at Dusit Thani was exceptional. The rooms were clean and the property location is great. The access to private beach, the stunning infinity pool and the restaurants around were great. I enjoyed my stay at Dusit and couldn't get enough of the property. The staff at Dusit were the best. Every single person at the resort made u feel welcoming and warm. Indian food at the property is really tasty. The location is cool. The beach is just a short walk away. The staff from the reception to the restaurant is very courteous. However one thing which really bothered us during our stay was the presence of ants in the room. Not sure how much it can be controlled. It's a problem across all the hotels and resorts in Phuket, Krabi where we stayed.

The only thing I didn't like about the property was there were too many snakes and iguanas, for me who has a phobia of snakes, this property was a huge turn down. everything else i loved about the property except the reptiles part.

Memorable Stay

Stayed for four nights with my family. It’s a beautiful resort with lot of greenery and a private beach. There are multiple restaurants with in the hotel offering authentic Thai to Italian dishes. There are few Indian restaurants just outside the hotel and a 7-11 shop for daily needs. The breakfast spread is huge and there is always some Veg options available like Idli, Poha and fried rice. The staff is very cordial and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and airy however there are some architectural flaws. The water leaks from the shower area to bathroom floor as there is no insulation in the door. There are two mirrors in the room but there is no light above them. Apart from these minor issues we loved our stay at Dusit Thani and fully recommend it.

Had a pleasant stay at Dusit. Highly recommended for senior citizens travelling with family. Food spread included world cuisines in breakfast. Rooms were spacious and staff made sure to keep it maintained One recommendation, they have very late check in time (3pm), they should provide early check in possibility because tourists reaching directly from krabi airport expect to early check in.
