Hotel staff are professional and very helpful. Great place to stay. Very close to BTS. I did not find any vegetarian restaurant nearby to viva garden. Transportation from the Viva Garden Serviced Residence is quite expensive. Also half an hour from viva garden to shopping location by BTS.
