Location was amazing specially pool side view of Bangkok city view and food was good and staff behaviour also very good and kind must prefer..

Clean and room size is large vegetarian food is limited in breakfast services is good location is near to railway network.

Good stay as per the price and the room was also good. This room was like a one room kitchen set and they were comfortable amenities like jacuzzi with a bigger size room

Language is a big barrier. The air conditioner in our room was not working properly. Had to repeatedly pursue with the staff

Quiet neighbourhood. 17 min walking distance to nearest airport rail link station. Also free shuttle available to airport rail link station at intervals.

The hotel doesn't live up to the photos they've posted on all booking. You genuinely don't get what you expect. The rooms are outdated, and the bathrooms have an unpleasant smell. Despite each room in the pictures displaying a washing machine and even mentioning it in the description, they do not provide it. This is misleading to all customers relying on the incorrect images. Before allowing them to accept bookings, it's essential to ensure they upload accurate details. There is only one washer and one dryer located in a different building known as c building, which all guests have to share. The food is average, but i must acknowledge the hard-working housekeeping team.

We've stayed at royal suite hotel bangkok for two nights. The hotel room was larger than we expected & the hotel's room service was excellent. The breakfast of the hotel was also very good. It was a very nice experience for all of us.

Nice property and good hospitality hotel maintenance are very good. The ambience are very good. My travel agent advised the property.

Decent room, very average breakfast and far from the city centre, the only way you can travel is by taxi which is quiet expensive

I stayed here for couple of days, the rooms are alright not great, not bad! the breakfast had very limited option. Overall a neat property and can have a comfortable stay
