Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke

My recent stay at the Hilton was overwhelmingly positive. The service began on a great note, as the check-in process was quick and the front desk staff was very professional and welcoming. The room itself was spacious, immaculate, and exactly what I needed. Housekeeping and bell services were consistently efficient and friendly throughout my visit.

Location is good, but the check-in process was not satisfactory. Receptionist was not warm, insisted for us to pay advance even though tarrif was paid. They came in and removed mini bar immediately.

We had some issue in Check in they have asked to come but room given very late night we have waited long time. It may be because of their busy schedule and other customers not vacated on time. Rest of the things was extremely good.

Hotel needs and upgrade. All interior, furniture, fixtures, electrical points, TVs everything is 15+ yrs old and doesn't feel modern and functional as per today's 5 star category. Buffet breakfast had good option though.

Overall good experience & happy to stay there in the hotel. Liked the location. Staff was cooperate

The hotel is in a dilapidated condition and requires immediate renovation. The services and breakfast are below par, something you don’t expect from a 5 star hotel. The initial room which was given to us was very unhygienic, linens torn, it cleaned properly. The upholstery was very dirty and had stains, which felt disgusting. Though staff is hospitable and try their best with limited resources at the property.!!! The food is also okayish and not great..!!

Hilton bangkok grande Asoke is an excellent place to stay. They have an array of vegetarian options for breakfast. The staff are very friendly. The location is prime and has metro connectivity as well. I would highly recommend it.

It was a great stay. Team was also very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Would love to visit again

Great experience Big room, good amenities in room Got free upgrade, but seems all rooms were of same size. Did not understand the difference in upgrade Big bathtub, Big washroom, very good view from room. near to soi cowboy Breakfast not that great for vegetarians There is option of noodles and puri sabzi but nothing else

The location of the hotel is good. There breakfast is not good at all. The breakfast service in general is also not good. There are no smoking rooms and the room that they gave was very damp.

Not living upto Hilton reputation. Property had lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and look and feel. Pool was also not upto the mark. Very limited and stake options in the breakfast especially for vegetarians.

Siri set the Property around 9:45 10:00 pm as it was raining. I got delayed. They denied to offer buggy service after 10 PM. In his house restaurant, close at 9:30 pm .. no dinner because the kitchen was closed… The food choice is pathetic. Indian food just two dishes. Very bad and taste didn’t had breakfast because of this. Just had fruits no buggy service other day also during daytime also at the checkout waited one hour because no buggy service no sleepers no toiletries and shampoo and all very bad butter was not working. Shower is in very bad condition. Lot of mosquitoes lights are not working. very bad, just the Property looks beautiful from outside.. market is very nearby. All Indian foods are available outside. That’s the only plus and the Property ambience is beautiful services, pathetic, pathetic, basic amenities, pathetic, not recommend to stay for family and vegetarian.

Absolutely liked everything about Hotel Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, very polite and helping staff ,everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this Hotel ..Meghaa

Excellent location for exploring food and malls. Amenities are good. Housekeeping can be better. Body lotion and conditioner were bottles were empty.

Hotel was nice stay was comfortable, the Indian Chef however was rude n dint bother to serve proper food kept saying the quantity is ltd.

The property is not well kept at all. The floor is wearing off, the plates used for breakfast is past its useful life. The breakfast spread was one of the worst we have seen for a 5 star property. The location is good but other than that not a great property
