It's located at very prime location and all countries embassy are nearby. Also lumphini metro station at walkable distance.

Hotel was fine. It was on main road. All the location are in 15 mints distance. Good option if u are looking for budget hotel

They have a common wifi and no wi-fi per room

Location is in The Sathon Road which is in The heart of The City but far from tourist attractions. The rooms were average and met The bare minimum requirements with respect to amenities and service.

It was a decent stay. Rooms were clean, however the breakfast spread needs to get better. Common campus with 7/11 is best that one can have. Located in prime business location. Shopper look for other alternatives.

I arrived at night but had nobody to help me with the baggage and when I was leaving after having stayed for close to 15 days, nobody helped me with the baggage. On the first day, they gave me the card to open them door and the directions but even though the staff was available, nobody took to guide me to the room. The security card was not working and I had to come to reception twice and then they activated it. Each time, I was on my own. I wish the staff had be helpful in this

I am Tour Operator, and have many hotels where I stayed .. But Staying in Chaydon sathorn was ... Best which I never expected ... It has become my best Hotel and won my heart. So must experience ... Everyone ..

The star ratings of this hotels should be evaluated. The hotel was booked based on the start rating. Lobby area was acceptable, but as soon as we entered the room, we realized that this absolutely did not fall into 4 and 5 star category. In our opinion, the rooms fell into 3-star or lower category. Major issues which we experienced during our stay- 1. Sink was clogged. It was taking around 10 minutes for the water to fully drain. Residues in the sink looked disgusting after the water drained. 2. Water clogged in the shower as well. 3. The shower drain in the massage center was fully clogged. At one point we thought that it may be an issue with the main drain associated with the room so did not complain. Next day when we returned to the room, the sink drain appeared to be fine, so we did not make any complaint. Early morning while we were showering, bad odors from drain were noted. In the middle of the shower, water stopped for 10 minutes. Had to call the front desk from the shower to get the issue addressed. Complaint was filed with the front desk as well as well as the Manager. We were told that the issue will be discussed with the General Manager who was expected to arrive 9.30 am. We strongly recommend evaluating Hotels star rating as this property certainly does not meet the 4-Star rating.
