Nice experience, good service.

The hotel service is not good the room is not good

Rooms were okay. Washrooms were too small and random people were knocking on the door for no reason. Lifts were weird as you have to pull bags to couple stairs before you reach to the lift. Customer service was nice but again language barrier is the biggest issue but it was overall fine experience.

Location within bangkok is questionable as a tourist. Immediate surroundings are good. 7 eleven & lotus fresh an advantage, just opposite. But hotel lift is designed at landing & has steps before & after lift levels. Which is bit of a negative point. Overall. Acceptable. For it's price

In livotel hotel no restaurant and rooms are not good. Got more cockroach and lizards. Not that much convenient to stay there

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Liked the check-in and check-out process. Very easy. 500 thb was to be deposited as a token deposit which was refunded during the check-out. Hotel was clean however no help provided for your luggage. So you have to help yourself. Housekeeping will be done when you are in the premises. I had left the keys at the reception to take care of the housekeeping work but it was not done until i was back to the hotel. Realized that they do it while we are in the hotel. Overall, stay was good.

If you like exploring the local area, you'll like the location. Hotel rooms are not at all comfortable. The Mattress are nightmare for your back. You can hear the other guest living in hotel next to you.
