Poor hotel

Very bad experience after staying for 5 days. When checked in the room was smelling, TV wasn't working and AC control panel damaged. I had to call reception thrice to report and change the room. But no response from the President Park Bangkok. Then complained to MMT hotline but there not able to connect to President Park Bangkok numbers and wrote an email to President Park Bangkok. After 7 hours the mechanic repaired AC control panel by replacing it. 2 times the housekeeping sprayed room freshener but still the smell issue was persistent. The old building and new building is connected via a parking bridge with no boards hard to find. Very bad experience. Being a frequent traveler to Bangkok, personally I am putting this President Park Bangkok on blacklist forever.

Stayed at President Park President Park Bangkok from 20-24th October. Hotel is clean and staff is very nice. Have free shuttle tuk-tuk to Phrom Phong station. You can get Indian restaurant number from President Park Bangkok. The Indian restaurant owner name is Vijay. He is very kind and fun-loving person. Food is superb. A very good President Park Bangkok to stay in Bangkok.

Neat n clean big room with tea/coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave oven, Almirah n electronic locker, but very limited supply of drinking water n tea/coffee n milk. Can find indian vegetarian food at a walking distance.
