Crystal Suites Suvarnabhumi Airport

The building is just fine. It is quite old. The doors to room are stained with some white stuffz. The lockes dont work. Bathrooms are just average. Cleanliness is not that great. Shower head and corners are stained. Balcony ws cleaned

Property is good given the price and it's near (15-20 mins) from suvarnabhumi airport. However, service is not good. Further, they will provide only shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. Other things we need to carry. For jain - it is very difficult to get food there

Very near to the Airport. So if one needs to stay near to the Airport this hotel is the best option. Hospitality was very good. I had checked in around 3 am early in the morning, but all sorts of service they have provided me including the timing pickup from the Airport. Really recommend it.
