Worst experience with mm t

When i was about to reach hotel pilatus, they denied taking booking and said your booking is not showing in our list. When i called mm t they said they will resolve this issue as soon as possible but unfortunately there was no call back and i lost almost 35, 000 inr which is not refunded yet and also spent almost 398 chf i. E. Again 37, 000 inr which i expected that they will refund but sorry to say i will nvr do booking in future nor will suggest anyone to do. As i will go legal against them as soon as i get back to india
