ZERO Star Hotel... Don’t confuse it with 3 star

Pathetic experience. First of all its a Homestay which is a zero star alike. No service. Caretaker doesn’t know English or any other foreign language. Bed sheets were not clean. Room category was downgraded and Room don’t have a lock from inside. AC were not working. Wants to claim full refund
