When in Kandy staying at Queen's Hotel is a must

Staying at the historical queens Queen's Hotel, Kandy was an honor it is the closest abode that you can find to most of kinds cultural sites. The building is lovely and so are the staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Three cheers to all them if I ever happen to visit Kandy again, will certainly be staying here.

Excellent location, right in front of the Kandy lake and the tooth relic temple. The cultural show place, Kandy club is also close by and so is the mall. The Queen's Hotel, Kandy is a heritage by itself, symbol of Kandy. Only area to improve is the maintenance. It’s a vintage property, needs more care. The room was super huge and had a great view of the lake from its balcony.

The staff is ill trained, lacking the hospitality that you would expect in classic Queen's Hotel, Kandys. The phone didn't work. Not a pleasant experience.

The Queen's Hotel, Kandy is located in front of tooth relic temple and the lake. It is also near to kandy city center mall. Good location, heritage property with decently good service.
