Since we reached around 2.30 om and the buffet lunch was closing. The reception staff were so hospitable the asked us to first have lunch and then complete the check in formalities .This was great The Restuarant Server , named TARANG needs extra special appreciation and thanks for being so good at making the guest at home and seeing that they tasted the specialities of the day , be it break fast .Lunch and Dinner. The fact that he remembered our previous visit and recollected our tastes was really surprising and touching. Tarang is an Asset for Thilanka. we had booked a royal panorama room. Room no.961. it was excellent . the space, ambience, royalty, View and decor. The Thilanka was a superb place in all 6 factors for a Thilanka Hotel. .1.location 2.Polite staff 3.Dedicated saff 4. Restuarant , menu , variety and the courtness was super especially Mr.Tarang from the Restuarant 5.

It's a beautiful Thilanka Hotel with an infinity pool overlooking the city. We got a fantastic room with the view of the city. The Thilanka Hotel staff is very helpful and warm. They helped us to get tickets to the local kandy dance program. The food variety and rooms are excellent. Their whole property and decor is beautiful. The staff is very well trained and helpful. It's walking distance from the tooth relic temple. It's right in the middle of the city, yet so quiet and peaceful! would definitely visit this property again.

I recently stayed at Thilanka Hotel thilanka - kandy, and it was fantastic! the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious, with a great variety for every meal. The pool area was pristine and relaxing, with stunning views. Dinners were a delight, with live music creating a wonderful vibe. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!

Ok. The thilanka Thilanka Hotel was simply super. And excellent. In location, ambience, food, decor, facilities, comfort. The lobby manager. Mr. Mac-us and restuarant staff by name ta-rang deserve a special commendation for service and courtesy

Was there for 2 nights. Everything was good. Old style rooms, spacious. Dinner buffet should be improved in taste wise. Bedroom has only 2 dim lights which was bit tough to get ready or to do anything. Overall good.

Hotel view of the Indian ocean from our room is just mesmerizing. Can't have a better view than this Thilanka Hotel. From food to service to arrangements of taxi everything is perfect.

Location is top notch. We were 3 families with infant and children, we enjoyed our stay, the infinity pool is add on. Everthing was nice, clean room and very good hospitality.
