Radisson Hotel Kandy

Good stay. Staff was accommodating and courteous. And breakfast spread was also very good. Overall a very good experience.

The breakfast spread had really good veg options. Room needs maintenance. No proper lighting. No proper mirrors.

The mirrors in the room were not well maintained. Low lighting in room. Amazing breakfast spread for veg options. Very good location.

Very nice staff and very clean hotel, location was very good, even they upgraded my booking from city view to ocean view

Radisson property is good. Staff are courteous & friendly. Only food requires more varieties to suit Indian pallets. Other enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Property location is very good and near lake good to book in center of kandy and service are very good .

They did not clarify their policy regarding complimentary breakfast. First they gave us a free upgrade. And instead of informing us before (when they noted our room number) breakfast they produced a disproportionately high bill. If they had informed beforehand we would have had a choice to have breakfast outside at a reasonable price. This was my first such encounter in more than 35 years of travel and stay in decent hotels. Advise future guests to be careful about hidden charges and avoid getting trapped.

Room was good. However housekeeping services are avg. Face towels and shampoo was not kept despite of multiple requests. Not much options for food. Though we booked Lakeview initially we have been allocated different room and had to reach out again to reception and gor it changed. Overall stay and services are avg. Not upto mark for the hotel ratings.

property location is excellent, but the room alloted through the site were rooms with no view, food is just average, morning buffet lacks variety, evening was advertised as Indian food festival on Wednesday and when we went for the same came to know it's been cancelled due to lack of customers. overall a good property but try to book the same id they confirm the room with view.

Ok stay. I think i paid above average price - about 50% more as i saw this for much this month. Also they claim it is mountain view but its not and pictures. When i complained they refused to do anything about it and didnt even change my room claiming its full when i clearly see empty rooms available Service is horrible Breakfast is very overpriced and their menu dorsnt have any good . Wouldn’t recommend unless its coming really and youre on a budget. When i told the staff, particularly the manager thete that this is very different from the images . Absolute pathetic. Also its like a budget radisson and doesnt uphold radisson standards at all. Doesn’t even have a kettle in the room to say the least. No valet, nothing

Location - Perfectly located within 2kms of the city centre. Food - Atrocious food quality and taste not at all representative of The Radisson standards. Amenities - Satisfactory including rooftop pool, spa and 2 restaurants. Service - Slow room service.

stay and amenities are good. swimming pool is good. view is good from the property. it is very nearby to kandy lake and other sight seeing spots

No good food available.. rooms are good but food is just okay... they don’t provide sleepers and tooth brush so take care of these

The Hotel is located 10 minutes from the Kandy station. We reach in the hotel and we got our room ready. The view was nice with city view . There are restaurants nearby. Also the hotel as rooftop bar and pool access. Only some few things were missing that is room slippers ,bathroob , dental kit which were placed on request later, staff were friendly and helpful.

The experience is very poor. The room even though deluxe very small and washrooms are not very clean and some taps were not working. Overall not worth for the price paid.

Wonderful stay ! The gym and the pool facilities were amazing ! Would definitely recommend this place .. close to the near by attractions like tooth relic temple and kandy lake
