I had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Hotel in Kandy. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the lobby and common areas. Location-wise, the Radisson Hotel Kandy is perfectly situated—close enough to the heart of Kandy but still quiet and peaceful. It's a great base for exploring local attractions like the Temple of the Tooth and the Royal Botanical Gardens. Overall, I highly recommend the Radisson Hotel Kandy to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious stay with excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Nice location, 300 m from Kandy lake, up a hill. The staff is courteous and helpful. For some reason, they served set plate menu for dinner instead of the buffet. Next morning, there was little choice for vegetarians. The fitness centre is small but functional, though one of the treadmills was squeaky. It has a covered car parking and accommodation for the driver.

Location: its great location, near to city centre and Kendy famous lake and temples. Food was delicious and even staff has prepared special food on demand. Room was quite clean , speacious and well maintained. Overall property is very good ans well maintained. Even early checkin also provided.

We had selected lake facing suits. The views were amazing. One can see the Big Buddha, Old Royal Palace n Tooth Relic Temple from the balcony. Cleanliness and upkeepment gets 4*+ from us. Rooftop bar is amazing and serves chilled beer with Pizza. Food is 3*+.
