Sevana City Hotel Kandy

The Hotel rooms smelled very bad and they don’t have adequate toiletry items, only one old guy is there for all the immediate support , first 2 floors no lift as well.. They don’t provide water bottles. Swimming pools also no that great.. Not a great experience

Staff is supportive, location is on the main road with heavy traffic, no place for parking its a home stay so property is good, clean, but the amenities are not like hotel, toothpaste type basic thing also they cannot provide, breakfast including offer also not available, overall if on same price someone can get hotel, than they should choose hotel first,

Location was decent, room quality was good in relation to price. There is no restaurant in property, its room only.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Rooms which we got was very small. But well maintained and clean. Only issue was that even the windows could not be opened as they were opening to the hotel corridors.

Services was worst they are not providing one chair, dental kit and even soap. Outdoor activities is nothing. No parking facilities

Sevana city hotel it is very good and is very close to kandy city, city center and lake view point and pallekele stadium nearby

The rooms were clean & the staff is very friendly. We came early in the morning & inspite of having any room, they managed to give us a room in an hour

This is a new hotel, well maintained on a very good location. The staff are very nice and kind. The breakfast is excellent and the interior of the room, lobby, restaurant are classic. They have pool on the top. MakeMyTrip has offered a good discount and offers so it’s worth for money paid.
