RedHill Kandy is a hidden gem that feels more like a cozy homestay, run with love by a warm and caring mother-son duo. The property is small, but the mesmerizing views from the top floor—where we stayed—felt like living in the sky. Waking up to those balcony views was priceless. They were incredibly helpful and even arranged a tuk-tuk trip for us to nearby attractions. Breakfast was great, and the whole experience was peaceful and homely. That said, the room felt a bit dated, most plug points were old-style, and the bathroom lacked privacy curtains—something to note if you’re not staying with a partner. Still, if you’re looking for breathtaking views, warm hosts, and a tranquil escape, this place is nothing short of a wonderland.
