Poor Stay

I recently stayed at the Rembrandtplein Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. The hotel is located in a prime location, which is definitely a plus, but it seems they've tried to cram far too many rooms into the space. The hallways were perpetually congested, making it difficult to navigate, especially with luggage.

coupleWe stayed in this hotel for 4 days, location is the only good thing with this hotel. No toiletries were given, reception closed at 7 so make sure not arrive late on your check in day. They gave us room on 4th floor, hotel doesn’t have lift so its a big no for senior citizens and travellers with heavy luggage. We found rat on our 2nd day but reception was closed so we had to wait for the next morning. When we complained receptionist was already aware, they put rat trap in our room. We spent other nights at our friends place as we had no other option and all the nearby hotels were booked
