Very Disappointing Experience Despite ITC Branding I booked this property only because it carries the ITC name, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The hotel is in poor condition and lacks even basic amenities. There’s no proper space to keep luggage, and the property is divided into two parts, with one building located across the road. There is no room service, and rooms are not cleaned during the day. The staircase is a narrow spiral—unsafe for elderly guests—and there is no lift in the hotel. To make things worse, toilets are common and bathing rooms are not available on every floor, which is extremely inconvenient. Definitely not up to the ITC standards I expected.
