I stayed in the hotel during my recent business trip to the Netherlands. I truly appreciated the neatly maintained property, comfortable environment, and flawless check-in process, which made my stay smooth and convenient. That said, I would like to offer a few points for improvement that could further enhance the guest experience: 1. Breakfast Variety: The breakfast options were the same across all 8 days of my stay. Introducing more variety would make longer stays more enjoyable. 2. Amenities: Basic amenities such as toiletries and complimentary water bottles were missing, which can be an inconvenience for business travelers. 3. Service Consistency: When I requested a made-to-order omelette, one attendant declined, stating that only buffet options were available. However, on two other occasions, a different staff member kindly accommodated my request. Aligning service standards among staff would ensure a consistent guest experience. Overall, I value the quality of your hotel and your team’s hospitality, and I believe these small adjustments could make future stays even better.

Nice and comfortable stay. The hotel is well located close to the tram station, providing good connectivity.
