Co-ordinate better with hotel

First of all the checkin exp was bad. The hotel refused any mmt booking. They kept on saying that booking was cancel-led & after quite a few calls to hotel owner he allowed us to check in only after 30 mins. No room service. They only gave 2 bottle water & that's all. No tea coffe. Every-time we had to go out for anything. They had no tv in one of our rooms. Good points: rooms were clean, reception area was pleasing. Lift facility is also there. Location was great. It's in heart of pokhara town. Make my trip must have checked the basics which unfortunately didn't happen
