Regarding to the bad staff of the Hotel if there is bad staff at the Hotel we are not given two room when you check in, because we received only one room payment from make my trip, that why the Hotel staff asking you for receipt make a clear not extra money and still we did not received from make my trip as well. Because of security way the government is not allowed keep the ceiling fan in the room. Now we have all the room are AC. We are sorry for inconvenience. Actually you book budget room it is clearly written on the booking side it is on the six floor and there is no elevator in the hotel, it is cheapest room in our hotel and another things is we are not selling room at this price in first floor the staff are clearly told you amount you paid in budget room and with amount it will be given amount all together. We are not charge you more then what we told you check-in time. We are sorry for inconvenience, our hotel is committed for giving all the customer quality clean and hospitality service at all time. Dear Guest, Have a good day, sorry for delay Thank you very much for your review and stay at the hotel. We are really appreciated your valuable remarks, according to review we are clearly written our side there is fan but now we remove our standard room make deluxe room with AC this is our cheapest room in our hotel and for breakfast we can not provide you buffet breakfast in this price , we are serving seasonal fresh fruit, two egg any style, hash brown potatoes,toast butter jam and tea or coffee for everybody, almost all happy. For taxi it is vast difference between taxi and tourist green plate car, of course it is quite cheaper then car, we never over price in our valuable client, the in-charge quite busy on that time but he give you information, and taxi to the airport not the overprice all the client pay same as you. I am sure we are not take any extra money from you, I am sorry for negative impact and experience in our hotel, I hope your visit are valuable to us and you will continue to visit to our hotel whenever you will coming to Nepal. your sincerely Gokul Karki Hotel Mountain Gateway
