Hotel ambience was very good, nice behavior of the hotel staff, breakfast is also very good definitely I will recommend this hotel it's a budget friendly hotel with neat and clean.

Really helpful staff and owners. Had a lovely experience! Everyone was kind, friendly, and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again if fate brings me back to Kathmandu someday :)

Our stay at crystal palace (pokhara) was great with good taste of indian food and big rooms with good service from staff. Stay at kathmandu grand hotel was good. Good taste of food we really enjoyed food and staff is very cooperative.

Location : excellent - heart of thamel service : excellent breakfast : excellent - service during breakfast was also excellent food : average menu, but items they have are good. Hot water : can be a bit flaky - in such cases called the front desk they sent someone with piping hot water in a bucket. Heating : excellent other room facilities : excellent lift : not available - could be a deal breaker for some

Location is very good, food including breakfast is also good. Staff is very cordial and supportive. Best part is, it’s proximity to thamel, you can go for evening walk and enjoy your time.

Food is excellent. The hotel people maintain the hygiene parameters. Complimentary breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is excellent it is located in thamel. One of the most crowded place of katmandu.

Location: right in the middle of thamel area, extremely congested and full of people and vehicles, very tough to move about. Having said that, its in the heart of the shopping district. Food: strictly average food, but then its the same everywhere in kathmandu, food is rather bland. Hygiene: questionable, but this is how locals are so they don't feel it. Rooms, sheets and towels, all need a makeover safety standards: again, there is no safety standards in place due to the sheer congestion in thamel. Everything is literally an arms length away, even the next building - if a fire were to break out, it would flatten thamel and the fire department will never be able to reach within the streets of thamel
