worst hotel and management they didn't provide us same room which I have booked. after arguing for 1 hours they gave us the same room don't book this hotel

the hotel was centrally located and the staff was very polite and understanding. The taxi service provided by the hotel was very convenient and also the driver viren was very amicable

It's a really great hotel to stay in and they will try to help you in every possible way they can, even they exchanged our money in an emergency at night. Hotel staff is very gentle and polite you can ask them anything anytime they will serve you.

The overall experience was subpar. Upon arriving with a makemytrip booked receipt, we were informed by the receptionist that no rooms were available. They arranged an alternative at a nearby hotel, yet it didn't meet our expectations. Despite continuous requests, we were eventually placed in the hotel gallery, but the room still fell short of our expectations. Additionally, the promised two days of complimentary breakfast were not provided. On a positive note, the staff exhibited good behavior.

Room is clean but very compact not enough space washroom wash basin doesnt work, staff is polite food is costly

We stay here in hotel gallery since 17 december till now. Very good service and staff is very helpful, food quality also excellent.

Finding the hotel was quite difficult as signage is named as hotel gallery only. People also don't know the 'z street' as mentioned in address. However, the location of the hotel is suitable, in central area of thamel market. Landmark could be 10 x night club and hotel thamel park or vaishali. The restaurant is mainly for non-veg food. Glass smells like chicken/egg, sometimes. There was issue in update of payment made through credit card while booking. The hotel manager was suggesting to pay the amount (again) at hotel and get refund. However, when it was advised him to get confirmation as i had already made full payment through credit card. Finally, on third day of my stay they could confirm receipt of payment. Overall a very good stay experience.
