Haunted, Isolated place with hospitality at all

Very isolated place, no one took the call for more than 3 times, we reached at 1 AM, guy denied to carry our bags, denied water in the room said need to take from common area and they and when ask3d for bottle they said they only have coffee mug and they don't provide glass or bottle, this is the worst experience I have had so far with any hotel.
