Dirty rooms with low quality service. Nit even refunded the amount and no response from the hotel team

The service is very bad and rooms could have been cleaned in a better manner. Food quality was also horrible.

Terrible property with no maintenance, blood stains on bedsheets, and no staff to look after clients

The rooms were quite spacious. Staffs were quite polite and friendly. We had breakfast there and they had options for indian as well. Pool was nice and they had swimming costumes available at their store if someone wants to buy. Only issue is the property is lilo old and needs to be renovated. The bathroom had direct water supply from geyser that needs to be fixed.

I have no words to explain how pathetic, disgusting this resort was. 90 % facilities were closed. Only one dirty kids pool was operational. It's more like a hunted house where i see only 2-3 others gust-es during my entire stay. Room were like old jail. There were only one restaurant open only in the morning with very limited options of breakfast. There were more lizards on food tables than meal options. Bed and pillows were very hard. Broke. Outdated furniture. No maintenance what so ever. There was only 3-4 staff who was trying to manage things.

You will see the pics are captured by professionals but the actual things are very different. The resources are not well maintained buildings and the infra is very old. They need to renovent

It looks very bad in ambience looks

Location is great as its at the end of chenang beach road, so it is relatively silent yet close to the buzz. The concern is that the property overall needs refurbishment. Rooms are decent and worth the money. The first impression was very bad as the resort looks dilapidated with most of the amenities not accessible. Breakfast is pretty average, had the exact same menu for 2 days back to back, and on 3rd day, they just replaced hashed potatos with spiced potatos.

They provided a broken wheelchair. Than after complaining the manager through mm t call center, they gave a new wheelchair next day. Hotel is huge, but staff is limited.

Staff were good but service was not upto the mark.

Vegetarian options were not available in the breakfast.

The hotel is very large but lacks maintenance. Food was not at all good. The only vegetarian options were bread and fruits.

Needs to improve in the cleaniness and interior of the rooms are little old. Otherwise best.

The location of the property is very near to cenang beach, best area in langkawi. The resort is good, having a swimming pool and rides. The food quality can be increased specially for vegetarians. The room is little bit old, good but can be very good if renovated.

Pathetic service. Unhygenic. Fly's all around the food. Ants and cockroach in room. No one comes even to pick the garbage from the room even after so many calls. Kitchen staff is saying that these fly's on food is not dangerous.

Food is worst and in room everything is not satisfactory

It is an old hotel at a very prime location. It’s a lot of value for money with activities within the resort itself. We witnessed a magic show in the evening and a few dance numbers performed by the staff. The only drawback is that there aren’t enough plug points in the room. But the resort itself is extremely well laid out with a lot of spaces and even the restaurant is good with prices on par with food outside the resort. Also has a very big pool.

Coming to the resort location it’s very close to beach and city market. We can exchange currency easily, atm machine are nearer so that we can withdraw money also. Coming to food we can’t find indian cuisine at resorts but indian restaurant is nearby so that we can go there kfc, mc and pizza hut are also nearby good safety hygiene measures are taken and very polite and efficient staff

You can get a lot of better options in that price. Don't go by the pics on mmt. The resort is nothing like that. It stinks. Its not at all cleaned. It looks like some old abandoned building.
