Decent Italiana Hotels Florence and the receptionist by name Gina was amazing. So helpful and kind. Made our visit in Florence amazing. Truly embodies service with a smile. Hotel room was decent but the bathroom could have been cleaned better when we arrived. But the moment we called they sent housekeeping to take care of it. I would recommend the Italiana Hotels Florence.

Hotel rooms are good and comfortable, Good bar and Restaurant as well. Location is away from Florence city centre around 8km, So you need to take a bus or cab to reach the Italiana Hotels Florence or go to the city centre for sightseeing, Bus stop is close by and connectivity by bus is good

15 minutes from Florence Station. Spacious and clean room. Beautiful interior. Safe location. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool.
